Hi , I got the E-Business Suit but i am unable to get access of the any functionality after login when i am clicking any one of the module eg., System Administrator –> Security –> User –> Define the following error is coming from Firefox Brower ver.54

In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_07. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete.

Even i installed the above oaj2se.exe, even i am unable to get access further.

In my laptop Java version is (build 1.8.0_131-b11)

    Please help me.

Use Internet Explorer Version 11 along with latest Java version, after installing latest java version, use the string “-Djava.vendor=”Sun Microsystems Inc.”, you will not have any issue accessing EBS Any version like 12.1.3 or 12.2.X, Both are accessible.

      Hi Srini,

Only you can access backend if you have your own instance or client instance from your company. No one is offering backend access as per my knowledge.

      Thanks.
